Receiving Methods for RTV delivery

How can I accept RTVs’ in delivery mode?

RTVs in deliver mode must be received in either of the 2 ways:

  1. Signing the Proof Of Delivery (POD) and/or providing SMS OTP when prompted.
  2. Scanning shipments via Supply Chain app.

Acceptance through Proof of Delivery (POD):

You must acknowledge the receipt of shipments by signing the POD and providing a copy of your Emirates/Iqama/National ID to the delivery agent. An SMS OTP might also be prompted which you should provide to the delivery associate to successfully receive the shipments.

Note: noon will not entertain disputes if discrepancies are not detailed in the POD.
