Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) Fees in KSA - Refurbished & Renewed
This Fulfilled by noon (FBN) service
annex incorporates and is governed by the Seller Terms and Conditions. The
combination of the Seller Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this
service annex shall together constitute the contract between the parties.
Starting January 1st, 2023 the
following fees will apply to all your Fulfilled by noon (FBN) items.
Note:
All fees are exclusive of VAT, and will be charged per unit based on the
dimensions and weight of the product.

Default Fees
Default fees are automatically charged to sellers for every sale on noon.
1. FBN
Outbound fees
A fee that applies to each unit that is shipped to a customer. The value of the FBN outbound fee is based on a combination of the dimensions and shipping weight of the product. Find out more about how to calculate FBN Outbound Fees.

2. Monthly Storage Fees
A monthly fee that applies to each item that is stored in a noon fulfillment center. The fee is calculated based on the size of the item in cubic feet* and the number of storage days.

Referral fees
For each sold product, we shall charge
a referral fees based on the selling price and the product category as detailed
in the below table. The referral fees are exclusive of VAT.

II.
Circumstantial Fees
Circumstantial fees are fees that apply or are reversed in a variety of irregular scenarios that may take place while selling your products on Noon. They are deducted at the end, or at the beginning of the month whenever applicable. You can find these fees on your payments page in Seller Lab, in the Statements tab.
1. Long-term storage
A fee applicable to each item stored in a noon fulfillment center in the aging bucket of more than 365 days.

2. Non-Saleable Item storage Fee
This fees is applicable for the non-saleable inventory stored in noon fulfillment center for an aging bucket of more that 30 days. (Effective from 1st September,2023)Categories | AE |

3. Warranty Fees (WNTY)
A charge of warranty claims made by the customers which the seller couldn't fulfill as per the local laws and noon's policies.
4.
Miscellaneous Fees (MISC)
As amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customers, or/ and are against the local laws and noon policies, such as counterfeit penalties.
5. Retention Penalty fees (RETP)
The Retention Penalty Fee (RETP) is charged to the seller to compensate our customers in case they experience any grievances due to non-adherence to local laws and our policies. These grievances can be caused by items that have missing parts/accessories, or are fake, damaged, defective, expired, or not matching the product listed on the website or have some pricing errors.
III. FBN Inventory Removal Fee
A fee that applies to each unit that is shipped back to you at your request. The FBN inventory removal fee is either based on the product’s volumetric weight, or the product’s physical weight, whichever is higher. Find out how to calculate the FBN Inventory Removal Fee.
